Today my co-author sister, Kelly Hammer, and I did a 30 minute Fox News call-in show with Bill Murphy in Tampa, Florida about our newly released book BRAIN FOOD:Recipes for Success in School, Sports, Life (MEvans, 2007). We brought lots of brain smart "goodies" to share and were able to educate at least the Tampa Bay Area about how to balance eating for optimal performance.
